DRAGON yacht is the masterpiece built by Columbus Yachts, a brand of Palumbo Superyachts. She then became the flagship vessel for the shipyard’s 80-meter model.
She was started on spec at Palumbo Superyachts in Naples. When Palumbo acquired the ISA shipyard in Ancona, her hull was barged from Naples to the Adriatic in July 2017 for finishing.
The contractual schedule to build this magnificent yacht was tight, but Palumbo’s 50-plus years of experience helped reduce the build time.
Twenty months later, the exceptional superyacht was launched and delivered to its owner.

DRAGON yacht interior
DRAGON’s interior design was penned by Francesco Guida, an internationally-awarded Italian yacht design and engineering studio.
She features modern, panoramic glass windows that weigh close to two tonnes and are supported solely by the beams and stiffeners of the superstructure without additional columns or pillars.
Her interior style exudes an opulent vibe with brushed oak joinery, soft bronze or gold accents, and creamy travertine marble.
The owner supplied items for her interior such as vintage furniture and Persian rugs, which add a personal touch.
DRAGON yacht also features custom-made furniture and fittings, including the oak and travertine dining table by Giorgetti in the main salon and the Barrovier & Toso chandelier that hangs above it.
The result of interior speaks of a sophisticated ambiance but is also inviting and cozy.

The DRAGON yacht’s classic, all-white exterior was designed by HydroTec and highlighted a spacious sundeck with a mosaic-lined pool and Jacuzzi.
She has a 200-meter-square beach club, a cocktail bar with a stunning backlit blue agate wall panel, and a chic seating area where guests can enjoy the breeze and scenic views.
Additional sun-trap decks furnished with Mood daybeds, Vis à Vis loungers, poufs, and Ilse side tables are also available when at anchor.
