SAVARONA Yacht – Sophisticated $100M Superyacht

SAVARONA yacht in the African language is a long-necked black-feathered swan living in the Indian Ocean and from its namesake, this superyacht was the world’s longest and largest yacht in 1931 with a length of 446 feet.

She was originally built for Emily Roebling Cadwalader, the granddaughter of Brooklyn Bridge’s engineer.

Her sleek interior was designed by Donald Starkey and her exterior was penned by Cox & Stevens.

She was built by Blohm + Voss in Germany at their 451,000 m² shipyard that is located in the heart of the Port of Hamburg, Europe’s third-largest port.

Currently, SAVARONA is registered under Turkey’s flag, the 10th most popular yacht registration in this world-class industry with a total number of 170 ships registered.

SAVARONA yacht interior

Her interior design is the work of superyacht designer Donald Starkey who is renowned for creating timeless and elegant yacht design masterpieces. 

The SAVARONA yacht’s design comes with a 282-foot long grand staircase that connects the yacht’s decks internally.

She also features an authentic marble Turkish bath, a huge swimming pool, two royal spa pools, two separate saunas, and steam bathrooms. There’s even a movie theater, a library, and a hi-tech gym for guests to enjoy. 

Exterior

The SAVARONA yacht was designed by Cox & Stevens with a luxurious teak deck, steel hull, and a steel superstructure. She is in the top 5% by LOA in this world and one of the 59 motor yachts longer than 100 meters. 

Specifications

Her superstructure is made predominantly of steel and she has a total length of 136m (446ft) and a beam of 16 m or 52.5 feet. 

She is powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3608 DITA) 8-cylinder 1,840hp engines running at 1000rpm which gives her a maximum speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.

She has a gross tonnage of 4701 GT and 4646 displacements. Her water tanks store around 220,000 liters of freshwater which is enough for 34 guests and 44 staff. 

She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) classification society rules and has a range of more than 3000 nautical miles.
