Dreamboat was built by Oceanco in 2019 and measures in at a length of 90 metres. She can accommodate up to 23 guests over 11 cabins as well as 33 crew in 16 cabins. The mesmerising design was by Espen Oeino, a Norwegian naval architect. Though we haven’t the privilege to see the interior it is known that Terence Disdale was responsible for the design. There is a swimming pool on the main deck as well as a jacuzzi on the owner’s private deck.
Dreamboat is owned by Arthur Blank, an American businessman with a net worth of $US 6.2 Billion according to Forbes. He is the co-founder of the home improvement retailer ‘The Home Depot’. It appears that the official spelling is dreAMBoat with AMB potentially referring to Arthur’s initials.
