AMADEA yacht ranks in 46th place on the list of the largest yachts worldwide with a length of 106 metres (347,8 ft). She was built by the German shipyard Luerssen in Rendsburg and delivered in late 2016. Currently, she is sailing under the Cayman Islands flag and was recently spotted in Riposto, Italy.

AMADEA yacht interior
Designed by Zuretti, a French interior design company specialising in luxury yachts and residences, AMADEA can accommodate up to sixteen guests in eight cabins. There is a spacious owner’s cabin with a jacuzzi, a VIP cabin, a cabin with twin beds, as well as five other double cabins aboard the mega yacht.
A crew of 36 members takes care of the guests’ well-being, the mega yacht’s maintenance and manoeuvring. Furthermore, the guests can enjoy the onboard cinema, a luxurious spa area including a sauna and a hammam, a fully equipped gym, as well as a large conservatory with a stage for live bands and seating for up to 22 people.
The interior is designed in 18th-century style in line with the wishes of the owner, including a piano and a fireplace in the grand salon.
The AMADEA yacht is a 106 metres (347,8 ft) long, 18 metres (59 ft) wide yacht with a draft of 4.1 metres (13,5 ft). She has a steel hull, a superstructure made of aluminium with beautiful teak decks and weighs more than 4,400 tons.
Powered by two MTU diesel engines, she can reach a top speed of 20 knots. Her total reach lies at 8,000 nautical miles with an average cruising speed of 13 knots. AMADEA can carry more than 390,000 litres of fuel as well as 77,000 litres of freshwater, which makes the yacht an ideal choice for longer routes.
The exterior of the AMADEA yacht was designed by Espen Øino International, a well-known Monaco based designer and architect. She features a large sun deck with a jacuzzi, an outdoor cinema on the bridge deck aft, a helipad on the foredeck, as well as a 10-metre (32,8 ft) infinity pool on the main deck aft.
She also offers plenty of outdoor space on her five decks with different bar and lounge areas. She carries two tenders that are stored in garages on the side of the vessel. There are also jet skis, sea bobs, stand up paddleboards, kayaks, and an inflatable slides onboard providing the guests with constant entertainment.
At delivery, the price for the AMADEA yacht was US $325 million. The annual cost lies between US $25 and 30 million depending on use.
AMADEA yacht owner
AMADEA was last sold in 2019 after being on display at the annual Monaco Yacht Show. However, no details have been made public about the buyer. It is believed that the sale price was around US $250 million.
She is now for sale again by Imperial with Edmiston & Company, a broker specialising in the sale, purchase, charter and management of luxury superyachts over 30 meters.
